Spring 2017 – Rabbit island
There is an island in the Seto-Nai-Kai with big ‘population’ of rabbits.
We went there for a daytrip on a weekend.
In the morning we arrived at a little port. A quiet setting, light rain but mildly warm, the Seto-Nai-Kai presented itself in shades of gray and silver.
There we boarded a ferry.
And away we go, heading for the little island, rabbit food in our bags …
On the island we met and fed a lot of rabbits, and were surprised by the nice beaches there.
And in the tourist center there are designed benches that are so magnificent in its design that you sometimes cannot figure out how to sit on them properly.
But after a while I think I’ve found it out:
… later on came the mist. Everything seemed to slowly disappear in the haze.
But there were some more rabbits to feed.
‘Bye from the rabbit island …’ says bunny Alfonso.
